Irrespective of the application whether in underground Construction or Mining, Shaft Raising Platform, provides for easy, safe & fast access to excavate shafts/raises in various rock strata's. This extremely versatile & robust system offers solution for achieving a range of inclinations & cross sections.

The shaft raising platform is deployed at the bottom of the shaft & works upwards. It can be used for excavation of shafts between two levels or simply blind raising, if required.

Grout Pumps - Series ZMP 600/700/800

A full range of Hany ZMP grout pumps covers almost every grouting requirement. These low-wear plunger type pumps handle a wide variety of grout mixes from neat cement suspensions to backfill mortar with sand of up to 8 mm particle sizes. All pumps are equipped with the automatic pressure control system (APC). With this system, the maximum pumping pressure can be preset on the hydraulic power pack. Whenever the preset pressure is reached, the pump automatically adjusts its output according to the grout take of the ground. Whenever the grout take ceases, the pump stops and maintains the pressure. The pumping rate can also be adjusted to meet the requirements of the particular ground conditions. The ZMP 700 series can be equipped with different plunger units to cover a wide range of pumping pressures and capacities.

Working Principle
The Working of the shotcreting machines is based on the rotor principle.The concrete mix is transported by thin stream method (compressed air stream) to the spraying nozzle.

Automatic lubrication of sealing plates reduce wear and abrasion and thus maintenance costs.

Mekaster High Speed Construction Hoist


he Mekaster HSC hoist is designed to meet the highest international standards in vertical transportation of men and materials in the safest way possible.The hoist is built on a modular system with sigle or dual cage configurations and it is very easy to convert a single cage hoist into dual hoist cage as left and right cages are indentical.

CONSTRUCTION


CAGE


The Steel cage is designed to withstand all forces from the S.W.L, the wind effects and the dynamics from the vertical movement. The long sidewalls are covered by aluminum and wire mesh, the floor and roof are covered by skid resistant aluminum chequered plates. Entry and exit gates are electrically and mechanically inter locked during operation of the hoist.

Cage roof is provided with an escape hatch electrically interlocked with the control system. Tubular steel hand rail shall enclose the cage roof for maintenance operation.

The cage is guided on the mast by individually adjusted ball bearing guide rollers.Safety hooks are attached to the main frame to ensure positive engagement of the Rack & Pinin to prevent cage disengagement in case of roller failure.

GROUND ENCLOSURE


A four sided wire mesh ground enclosure with mechanical and electrical interlocked gates is standard factory supplied.It is only possible to open the doors when the hoist cage is in bottom position.However, to meet site requirement, Special ground enclosures can also be designed and supplied.The Standard ground enclosure for a single cage hoist can easily be transformed to a dual cage hoist enclosure, by adding wire mesh panels.
